Vini Mahajan is the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Housing & Urban Development, Government of Punjab. In addition to her current responsibilities, she also holds the charge of ACS of the Departments of Industries & Commerce, IT and Investment Promotion, since August 2018. An Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, she completed her MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in the year 1987 and joined the Indian Administrative Service in the same year.

Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion
AMr. Rajat Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion. He is also the Managing Director of Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation Limited as well as the Managing Director, Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited. In his previous roles, Mr. Agarwal served as the Chairman of Punjab Pollution Control Board, Deputy Commissioner of the city of Ludhiana, Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Punjab, Registrar Co-operative Societies, Punjab, Chandigarh and Special Secretary Expenditure, Government of Punjab.
